- I have been passionate about tennis since I was a child
- I have been competing for several years (I am ranked 30)
- I have attended Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the US Open
- The Australian Open is the last Grand Slam on my bucket list

- I discovered high-end pastry when I lived in Paris
- From that moment on, I became passionate about pastry
- It's everything I love: precision, rigor, and creativity
- For the challenge, I passed the pastry CAP as an independent candidate
- With my girlfriend, we fully renovated our apartment
- Not a single room was left untouched from floor to ceiling
- Plumbing, electricity, tiling, painting, etc... I learned everything by myself
- Beyond renovation, I have a real taste for decoration
